Avoid humidity & harsh sun
Humidity causes mould; sun fades colour and dries leather. Store in a ventilated place, out of direct sunlight.
Stuff the shape & use the dust bag
Pad with soft paper to hold shape and keep it in its dust bag. Never seal in plastic — leather must breathe.
Clean gently
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a cleaner made for that leather and test in a hidden spot first.
Rotate usage
Don’t use one bag constantly; letting leather rest extends its life. Avoid contact with dark denim (colour transfer).
Good care = a higher valuation when you later consign or resell.
